Spiritualität in der Sozialen Arbeit. Systematische Konzeption, Durchführung und Evaluation eines Projektmoduls an einer Höheren Fachschule für Sozialpädagogik

Gemäss dem Berufskodex Soziale Arbeit Schweiz sind für die Verwirklichung des Menschseins in demokratisch verfassten Gesellschaften die physischen, psychischen, spirituellen, sozialen und kulturellen Bedürfnisse integrativ zu berücksichtigen und zu achten.
Der Einbezug der spirituellen Bedürfnisse erfordert eine spiritualitätssensible Soziale Arbeit, die einerseits den Ressourcen der Dimension Spiritualität Aufmerksamkeit schenkt, aber andererseits auch religiöse Einengungen im Alltag wahrnimmt und darüber hinaus das Notwendige unternimmt, wenn sie auf Radikalisierungstendenzen aufmerksam wird.
Das Ziel spiritualitätssensibler Sozialer Arbeit ist es, Entwicklungsräume zu schaffen, in denen die Klientel einen selbstbestimmten Umgang mit Spiritualität entwickeln kann.
Diese Masterthesis beinhaltet die Konzeption, Durchführung und Evaluation eines Projektmoduls „Spiritualität in der Sozialen Arbeit“ als Grundlage für die systematische Integration der Dimension der Spiritualität in das Curriculum einer Höheren Fachschule für Sozialpädagogik. Damit soll in der Ausbildung zukünftiger Berufsleute der Grundstein für eine spiritualitätssensible Soziale Arbeit gelegt werden.
According to the professional codex of social work in Switzerland, physical, psychological, spiritual, social and cultural needs must be taken into account for the attainment of being human in democratic societies.
The inclusion of spiritual needs requires a social work that is sensitive to spirituality. A spirituality-sensitive social work on the one hand pays attention to the resources of the dimension of spirituality, but on the other hand also perceives religious restrictions in everyday life and does what is necessary when it becomes aware of tendencies towards radicalization.
The goal of spirituality-sensitive social work is to create development spaces in which the clientele can develop a self-determined way of dealing with spirituality.
This master thesis includes the conception, implementation and evaluation of a project module "Spirituality in Social Work" as the basis for the systematic integration of the dimension of spirituality into the curriculum of a College of Higher Education in social work. This is intended to lay the groundwork for spiritual-sensitive social work in the training of future professionals.
