Abstract
It is described a chemoenzymatic method for selectively conjugating proteins bearing aldehyde functionalities to crystalline nanocellulose. An insight into this method is provided, starting from simple glucose-aldehyde containing proteins conjugates to engineered orthogonality in supramolecular systems.
