Песни Янки Дягилевой отличаются своим неповтори-мым трагизмом, отчаянием и безнадёжностью, отражающимися в каждой отдельной строке 29 песен, которые она написала за свою короткую жизнь. В данной статье мы покажем, что мотив потери детства, который играет центральную роль в её текстах, вносит существенный вклад в трагизм пе-сенных миров, живущих в Янкиных песнях. Мы будем рассматривать прежде всего, но не исключительно, песни «Гори, гори ясно» (1988), «Продано» (1989) и «Выше ноги от земли» (1990). What stands out in Yanka’s oeuvre is the hopelessness and desperation that are expressed in every single line of the 29 songs she composed over the course of her short life. The present article argues that the motif of the loss of childhood, which plays a central role in Yanka’s lyrics, contributes considerably to the tragic nature of the worlds she evokes in her songs. The analysis focuses mainly, though not exclusively, on Dyagileva’s songs Гори, гори ясно (1988), Продано (1989) and Выше ноги от земли (1990).
