Abstract
Interaktionen zwischen Immunsuppressiva und Antiinfektiva sind von großer Bedeutung für die Pharmakotherapie. Patienten mit dieser Arzneimittelkombination müssen sorgfältig überwacht werden. Am Beispiel eines 47-jährigen Patienten nach Lebertransplantation werden die patientenindividuelle Dosisanpassung und das therapeutische Drug-Monitoring (TDM) nach dem SOAP-Schema (subjektive Daten, objektive Daten, Analyse und Plan) aufgearbeitet.
Interactions between immunosuppressants and antiinfectives are most important in pharmacotherapy. Patients receiving this drug combination must be monitored carefully. Individual dose adaptation and therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) according to the SOAP scheme (subjective data, objective data, analysis, plan) are exemplified by the case report of a 47-year-old patient who had undergone a liver transplantation.
