Abstract

Polymer PAMAM-protein core shell composite was developed as a pharmaceutical carrier for siRNA. Conjugation of PAMAM with thermosome chaperonin of Thermoplasma acidophilum was achieved by using PAMAM HyNic and thermosome functionalized with MTFB. SiRNA was encapsulated into the the formed PAMAM thermosome core shell hybrid.
