Abstract
The video project Voices of Youth aimed at giving Tanzanian youth a voice by empowering them to speak out and to visualize their experiences related to sexuality and teenage pregnancy. Voices of Youth forms part of the Swiss National Centre of Competence in Research (NCCR)North‐South funded research project Sexual and Reproductive Resilience of Adolescents in Ghana and Tanzania. Using a participatory action research approach, adolescents (15‐19 years)planned, scripted, directed and acted invideos in one urban setting, Dar es Salaam, and one rural setting, Mtwara Town.
